Terms of service

These terms govern your use of uncertain.ly and purchases from Uncertainly LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

The store

We sell physical goods, made per order. Product images are renders or photographs of the actual designs; minor variation between image and printed article is inherent to per-order production. Prices are in USD and may change; the price at checkout is the price. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) for errors in pricing or availability.

Payment and fulfillment

Payment is processed at checkout by Shopify's payment infrastructure. Orders enter production after payment and are fulfilled per our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The designs, marks, and content on this site belong to Uncertainly LLC. Buying a shirt licenses you to wear the shirt, not to reproduce the design.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe its infrastructure, or use it to harm others. We may suspend access for abuse.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and its contents are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
